Throughout his distinguished career, LGen (Ret’d) Pennie served as a requirements director for both the Army and Air Force and as Director General of Strategic Planning for National Defence. His tenure as head of the Royal Canadian Air Force (RCAF) gives him an unparalleled understanding of the Department of National Defence (DND) and the Canadian Forces. His client engagements include:

• Assisting European defence companies in developing their Canadian market entry strategy.

• Advising clients to ensure RFP requirements were not biased against them, ultimately leading to several contract awards.

• Leading comprehensive black hat competitive analyses in the aerospace sector, uncovering how competitors would position themselves to challenge a client’s offering

Ken holds a PhD in nuclear strategy from the London School of Economics.
