Lucie Leclerc-Cowell saves complex proposals from being non-compliant.

With over 35 years of experience evaluating proposals, Lucie Leclerc-Cowell is a trusted expert in compliance and procurement strategy. As the former Executive Director of the Acquisitions Branch at PSPC, she oversaw multiple procurement sectors, managing the contracting of multi-million dollar agreements for the Government of Canada.

During her tenure at Tactix, examples of recent engagements include:
