He has collaborated with government, industry, and the not-for-profit sector to design and deliver high-impact strategies that drive results. With a sharp command of data, Lars transforms analytics into actionable insights that strengthen communications, risk management, and strategic decision-making on a global scale.

• Lars has developed leading-edge, AI-driven risk management tools that strengthened product defence strategies for clients in the private and not-for-profit sectors both in Canada and internationally.

• To support the implementation of a new corporate plan, Lars developed a yearly communications plan for a federal agency.

• As Director of Communications for the Minister of Labour, Lars guided the Minister’s communications through the Montréal dockworkers strike of 2020, demonstrating his ability to communicate when the stakes are high.

Lars holds a Master’s degree in Political Science from Carleton University and a Master’s degree in Linguistics from the University of Toronto.
