Chris Ayotte fosters trust with clients, paving the way for more effective and enduring partnerships.

BGen (Ret’d) Chris Ayotte served as the Canadian Army’s lead for defence procurement and industry relations, champion for Army digital transformation, and the Director of Strategic Communications for the Global Coalition against ISIS in Iraq.

Chris’ achievements include:

• Leading the Tactix defence and procurement team in the provision of strategic advice and support of major capital procurements and across maritime, land, air, and information technology.

• Advancing Ground Based Air Defence, Light Utility Vehicle, Integrated Command and Control Modernization, and a host of other Canadian Army projects.

• Initiating and leading the development of the Canadian Army’s first digital transformation strategy.

• Designing and initiating the first directorate of strategic communications for the counter-ISIS military mission in the Middle East.

• Contributing thought leadership content on citizenship, service, and national defence through various online platforms.

Chris has a Bachelors Degree in Chemical and Materials Engineering from the Royal Military College in Kingston and a Masters of Arts in Policy and Strategy from the University of New South Wales in Australia.
