Nic Ruszkowski turns risk into opportunity.

Through a career in consulting – advising North American, Caribbean, and European political and business leaders – he has resolved high risk situations in a manner that strengthens the organizations he serves. Notable achievements include:

• Writing and implementing a plan to maintain confidence in a failing national financial institution, preventing a bank run.

• Leading a team who successfully enrolled close to half the adult population of a country into a poorly understood and unpopular national health insurance plan.

• Communicating the policy-cover required to secure a sole-source contract for a major investment in national defence for a new entrant into the market.

Nic led the Ottawa Senators, Publicis Consultants (Paris) and FleishmanHillard (Ottawa) prior to joining Tactix.
