Howard has a four-decade record of accomplishment as a trusted advisor and businessman.

He advises clients as they navigate the intricacies of procurement processes to win major defence and citizen service contracts, such as global visa application centres, non-insured health benefits, Canadian Dental Plan, and the 1-800 O’Canada call centre.

Howard and the Tactix team have built a globally respected risk communications business, helping science-based clients successfully address regulatory and public perception challenges, including BPA, GMOs, silicone implants, and PCBs.

He draws on his roots as a farmer to provide strategic counsel to Canadian and international companies on agriculture, manufacturing, and environmental government relations.

Howard holds a BSc from Cornell University and an MBA from the Ivey Business School.
