Chloee Konsam turns data insights into tomorrow’s strategic wins.

Chloee harnesses AI-driven DeepLearning tools to decode human behavior and deliver actionable insights for global clients. Recent client projects include:

• A comprehensive policymaker opinion research and message-testing mandate for a crop sciences company, equipping them to navigate stringent regulatory landscapes with confidence.

• Groundbreaking research for a national government, transforming how the country identifies high-potential markets, competitive gaps, and campaign strategies—leading to more targeted investments in sustainable tourism, social media, and celebrity appeal.

Previously Chloee worked at Innovation, Science and Economic Development (ISED) in cyber security policy. She has also worked at the North American Arctic Defence and Security Network researching Arctic defence strategies. She holds an MA from the University of Ottawa’s Graduate School of Public and International Affairs and a BA from the University of Delhi.
