Prior to joining Tactix, Chloee worked at the Federal Department of Innovation, Science and Economic Development in cyber security. She has also worked at the North American Arctic Defense and Security Network in researching Arctic Defense strategies and the nexus between the Canadian Rangers and Indigenous knowledge. Her notable works include:
- Analyzing economic trends and producing technical papers for the United Nations Development Programme Cambodia’s 2019 Human Development Report.
- Engaging with stakeholders and developing policy briefs at the Canadian National Institute for the Blind
She has experience in developing and interpreting socio-economical, public health and environmental public policies on biomanufacturing and advancing life-science sector in Canada.
At Tactix, Chloee undertakes research using deep-learning tools that transform data into engaging stories to assist in advocacy and risk communications for clients.
Chloee has a master’s degree from the Graduate School of Public and International Affairs at the University of Ottawa.
