Phil Baldwin offers both federal government and private sector experience to TACTIX’ clients, together with a distinguished academic background.
After volunteering on the 2015 federal election campaign, Phil worked on Parliament Hill as the lead staff member for a Liberal MP for four years before serving as campaign manager in 2019. He played a first-hand role in the Liberal Caucus’ environmental policy and rural economic development policies while serving for the head of the Government Rural Caucus.
Phil holds a PhD from the University of London, UK, where his ground-breaking studies include novel research into the use of advocacy and propaganda techniques to motivate people during the Crusades. His combination of practical and academic experience allows him to counsel clients on what messages will effectively reach the intended audience and motivate actions.
His passion for community development was honed in communications for the late Sonja Bata at the Batawa Development Corporation, as well as through extensive work for the Liberal Party of Canada over the past decade.
