Paul specializes in risk management, advising clients across industries on how to manage reputational risks. He assembles teams of experts and runs “Red Team” reviews to diagnose vulnerabilities then implement steps to mitigate risks.
As a Principal at TACTIX, his recent projects include:
- Project managing a global reputation management campaign for a Fortune 500 company that succeeded in keeping a potentially damaging high-profile event to a one-day-news-story;
- Creating a proprietary advocacy tool to reach influencers when direct communication is not possible;
- Coordinating teams of specialists to review clients’ bids on government procurement contracts, resulting in multiple major wins for clients in both military and IT sectors;
- Leading market entry analyses in several highly-regulated sectors through an understanding of political and regulatory risks.
Paul completed his M.A. from Queen’s University where he wrote his major research paper on Supply Chain Risk Management. He is currently pursuing an Executive MBA at the Schulich School of Business and the Kellogg School of Management.
